Parallelogram Law Of Vector

In this experiment, we will verify the parallelogram law of vector addition using a force table setup. A sheet of paper is fixed on a board, and threads carrying weights are arranged over pulleys so that three forces act at a common point. The directions of the forces are marked using the no-parallax method with a mirror and pencil. These directions are then drawn on paper, and a parallelogram is constructed using the two side forces. The diagonal of the parallelogram gives the resultant force, which is compared with the balancing force to verify the parallelogram law of vectors.
