When you register, we may collect personal details such as your name, phone number, class in school and other necessary information. We may collect non-personal information whenever you interact with our Application, Website, and Services, including the device name, type of device, operating system, and internet service provider details.
When users utilize features such as homework assignments and submissions, we collect and store data related to these activities, including the content of submissions, timestamps, and associated metadata. When educators create groups within the platform, we collect and store information related to these groups, including group names, member details, and associated activities.
We may also collect information about how you access and use our Services, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the actions you take, and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.
Techventions Solutions will use this information to validate you as a user when using the Platform, to provide the Service to you, including administration of your user account, to notify you of changes to the Service or about any changes to our terms and conditions or this privacy policy, to manage its business, for the development of new products and services, to send you newsletters, offers and promotion coupons to market and advertise its products and services, to comply with applicable laws, court orders and government enforcement agency requests, and for research and analytic purposes.

Every time you visit the Platform, servers automatically receive and log information from your app and device used to access the Platform, such as IP address, device ID, network operator and type, operating system, browser type and version, CPU speed, and connection speed.
When you register your mobile device or use the mobile device to access the App, Techventions Solutions will also collect device information such as mobile device ID, model and manufacturer details, operating system etc. for improving the App’s overall functionality and displaying the content according to your preferences.
For the public marketing website, we use only the minimum storage needed to remember your cookie preferences unless you choose to enable optional embedded video. If you enable YouTube embeds, Google or YouTube may collect device and usage information under their own privacy terms. In order to access certain paid features and services on the Platform, you may be required to create or log into a separate account on a payment gateway or website such as PayU, Razorpay or PayTM. Account Deletion
If you are an individual user, you can visit the Delete Account section inside the App/Website and choose to delete your account. Enterprise accounts managed by educational institutions cannot be directly deleted by individual users. Instead, a delete request must be made by your educational institution.
After your account deletion request is processed, all the data related to you will be deleted. However the analytics data such as frequency of the usage of the app will be retained. This data will not be linked to you but will only contribute to the overall usage statistics of the app.
Please note: deleting your account will revoke access to Dencity services. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
